That’s just how I do business. Roughly 95% of my business is referral business from friends and family of my previous clients, and I feel proud and very blessed to have earned their confidence and trust. Here is Pam and Jesse, a young couple with a burgeoning family, that I helped buy two homes and sell another. They were so happy with their results, they referred Jesse’s sister to me, and I helped her and her husband find their dream home, too. Then for the trifecta, after this video was made, I helped Jesse’s parents buy a home as well, less than a mile away! Not only are Pam and Jesse valued clients, they are now family friends. Their adorable daughter is absolute besties with my daughter, and is over for playtime and sleepovers two or three times a month.

Deborah is the best! She patiently helped me with financing and then found the perfect home for me, guiding me through all the headaches of insurance, inspections, and a rather complicated closing due to it being an estate and one of the owners being out of state. I could not have done it without her encouragement and guidance! I was more than happy to refer a family member to her and she provided excellent service for them, too!

Deborah is the most dedicated, honest and helpful real estate professional we have ever worked with. She truly earned every penny of her commission working with us. For almost a year, she sent videos of homes we saw online when we weren’t able to be in St. Petersburg (we lived on the other side of the state). Anytime we called her she made us her top priority and was always there for us. Even though she found us several houses that we put a bid on but then felt weren’t quite right, Deborah never seemed impatient with us but was always understanding and assured us we would find something. I’ve described her to others as the best agent in Florida, probably the best anywhere. We have bought and sold half a dozen homes in the past and have never felt anyone protected our interests better or worked harder for us than Deborah. From the first day I met her at an Open House in my area, I knew I’d want to work with her in selling/buying our homes. And she really made the process fun. I have been looking the right time to sell and move to accommodate my lifestyle. I did my homework and observed the market for awhile before I made the decision to start the process. Regardless of all the preparation, I feel the whole selling-buying could still be a much more stressful task if I did not have Debbie as my realtor handling both selling and buying transactions. She’s easy to work with, responsible and trustworthy. She gave me good advices and looked for best interests for me along the way.
